About FSIGSL
Who we are
The Figure Skating Interclub of Greater St. Louis was founded as a non-profit organization in November 2025, to unite U.S. Figure Skating member clubs across the Greater St. Louis region.
Member clubs are elected to membership as provided in the By-Laws.
The primary objectives
of the Interclub:
- To improve, encourage and advance figure skating in all its branches across the Greater St. Louis region;
- To provide a forum for the exchange of information among member clubs for their mutual aid and benefit, promoting fellowship and collaboration throughout our skating community;
- To provide a central council for cooperative activities that advance figure skating and support our member clubs. These activities include hosting competitions, exhibitions, showcases, and other skating events, as well as publishing and disseminating information about figure skating through all appropriate channels;
- To raise funds to support our mission through membership dues, publications, assessments, or other lawful means. All income supports the interclub’s activities, with no funds inuring to the private profit of any individual.
- To support and strengthen our member clubs while respecting the independence and sovereignty of each club. We work together to build a thriving figure skating community across Greater St. Louis.
