is a new alliance created to help strengthen the figure skating community across our region. By pooling resources and expertise, we organize events and competitions that enhance the skating experience for everyone.

Tax-Exempt Status

The Figure Skating Interclub of Greater St. Louis is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to unite figure skating clubs across the St. Louis region in a spirit of cooperation and shared purpose. Through collaboration, we aim to expand opportunities for skaters, support coaches and officials, strengthen club operations, and foster and promote the amateur sport of figure skating in our communities. Contributions to the Figure Skating Interclub of Greater St. Louis are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donors should consult with their tax advisors regarding the deductibility of their contributions.

The skating world is stronger when we work together. An interclub provides a platform for local skating clubs to:

  • Coordinate test sessions, competitions, and ice shows to reduce overlap and increase participation.

  • Offer skaters more opportunities through joint events, exhibitions, clinics, and competitions.
  • Share Resources
  • Exchange ideas, volunteers, and equipment across clubs to reduce individual strain.
  • Have a Unified Voice
  • Advocate together to local rinks, municipalities, and U.S. Figure Skating with greater impact.
