Government Structure
The governance of the Figure Skating Interclub of Greater St. Louis is vested in a Board of Directors composed of Directors appointed by each member club and led by four elected Officers: a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each member club appoints one primary voting delegate and one or two alternate delegates to serve as its Directors on the Board. The Board of Directors possesses and exercises all powers and duties necessary for managing the business and affairs of the Interclub, including the admission of new member clubs, establishment of membership dues, election of Officers, and all other actions taken on behalf of the organization.
