Social Events
Figure skating is more than just training and competition. It's about community. FSI Greater St. Louis hosts social events throughout the year including awards banquets, holiday parties, summer picnics, and family gatherings that bring skaters, coaches, and families together off the ice. These events celebrate achievements, build friendships across clubs, and create the sense of belonging that makes our interclub special.

Competitions
FSI Greater St. Louis wants to help provide competitive opportunities for skaters at every level through a robust calendar of events. Compete USA competitions offering accessible entry points for developing skaters, Non-Qualifying competitions that provide valuable performance experience in a supportive environment, and Nonqualifying Series (NQS) events for those seeking to build their competitive resumes. Our organization is wanting to host higher-level qualifying competitions and works to bring prestigious national events like U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships to the Greater St. Louis area.

Seminars and Classes
One of our most exciting future initiatives is bringing world-class education directly to Greater St. Louis. We're developing a seminar and clinic program featuring elite coaches from renowned training centers across the country. These sessions will offer skaters specialized instruction in technical skills and artistic development, while coaches will have access to certification courses, judge training, and professional development workshops. By eliminating expensive travel, we'll make elite-level instruction accessible and affordable for our entire skating community, ensuring that geography never limits potential.

Education Programs
FSI Greater St. Louis is developing educational programming for skaters, parents, coaches, and club leaders through both in-person workshops and online courses. Content covers skill development, competition preparation, coaching methodology, club management, and organizational leadership. Multiple learning formats ensure accessible, quality education for our entire skating community.
